At Kitchen Mecca, we're committed to providing you with a seamless and cost-effective shopping experience. That's why we offer free, fast, and reliable shipping to customers located within the 48 contiguous United States.

Carrier Information

All of our shipping is facilitated by trusted carriers such as FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, and DHL.

Shipping Zones

Our free shipping offer applies exclusively to the 48 contiguous states. Regrettably, free shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, United States Virgin Islands, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, Friday Harbor, Orcas Island, or any other islands within the United States.

Order Processing

Your order is sent to the warehouse for processing as soon as the order is placed. This is an automated process which ensures the quickest possibly shipping. We also manually monitor orders to ensure accuracy and prevent any potential delays. If we notice something doesn't look right, we will call or email you right away.

Shipment and Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the shipping order is generated with the carrier; usually 1-2 business days.

We'll occasionally send shipping updates via email.

Delivery Time Estimates

NOTE: We do our very best to provide accurate processing and shipping estimates, but please keep in mind, these are only estimates.

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • FedEx Ground: 3-5 business days, after order processing date
  • FedEx Freight or other LTL providers: 3-12 business days, after order processing date

Delivery

The carrier will deliver your order curbside. They will not make deliveries into your home, garage, kitchen, or any other interior space. If assistance is needed to receive your order, kindly make the necessary arrangements.

In cases where the destination address is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, additional charges for alternative delivery methods may apply.

PO Boxes

Please be aware that we do NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Cancellation or Refusal

Should an item be shipped and the order subsequently canceled or refused, a 20% restocking/shipping fee will be applied.

Adjustments to Shipping Address

In cases requiring adjustments or alterations to the shipping address, a $150 fee will be assessed. This fee covers both the charges incurred by us and the time required to execute the adjustment promptly with the freight carrier.

Damages

In the event that your package displays clear damage upon delivery, please take clear photos of the damaged box, refuse the package, and note the damages with the delivery driver on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill. Additionally, email info@kitchenmecca.com with your issue and photos. If there are no damages to the box but the product inside is damaged, please inspect your package immediately upon receipt from the freight carrier. If any damages to the product are found, promptly take pictures and send them to us. It's crucial to report any damages not later than 24 hours after receipt; otherwise, they will be denied for further resolution. For all orders, it's important to retain the box, packaging, and pallet for ALL products in case of potential returns or exchanges. Before we can authorize a return for damaged goods, a warranty claim must be filed by contacting info@kitchenmecca.com, and the item must be made available for inspection by our warranty service team. A return authorization cannot be granted if the warranty service team is unable to inspect the item.
