How Our Price Match Guarantee Works
- Eligibility: The item must be identical (brand, size, model number, color, etc.) and in stock at the competitor’s store. The competitor must be an online authorized dealer of the product. The price must be current and verifiable.
- Exclusions: The guarantee does not apply to clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, or pricing errors. It does not apply to services, including shipping and handling. Only prices from authorized online dealers will be matched.
- Process for Price Matching: To request a price match, simply contact our customer service team at info@kitchenmecca.com with a link to the competitor's product page. If you have already made a purchase with us and are looking for a refund, also include your order number. We will verify and get back to you as soon as possible.
- Timeframe: If you have already made a purchase with us, our Price Match Guarantee is valid for 14 days from the date of your purchase.
