You read that correctly - FREE 30 day returns. While the rest of the industry charges you restocking fees by default, we don't. Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. If a product was shipped on a pallet or in a crate, the pallet or crate must be kept in order to return the product.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please email our customer service team at info@kitchenmecca.com with your order number, phone number, and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 48 hours. It can take up to 5 business days after initiating the refund for the refund to show up.
Exceptions
- Incorrect Address: If a delivery is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to your return. Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid any issues.
- Inaccessible Delivery Location: If our shipping partners are unable to complete a delivery due to a challenging location, and it results in a return, the 25% restocking fee will apply.
- Non-Returnable Items: Although we offer general free returns policy for the products listed in our store, there are some unique products that this policy does not apply to. The following items are non-returnable: Gift cards, clearance items, and items listed as non-returnable.
