1. Quick background

The WineStation is displaying four alarms immediately after installation: ABT0, ACT0, AIT0, and AHP0. The first three alarms refer to temperature-sensor inputs used by the WineStation cooling/monitoring system. The fourth alarm is related to the argon preservation-gas supply.

Key observation: all three temperature-related sensor alarms are appearing at the same time. Napa’s public documentation does not provide a wiring diagram for this model, so the exact cause cannot be confirmed from the alarm screen alone. A shared connection, controller/interface, power, or configuration issue is a reasonable troubleshooting possibility—but it is not a manufacturer-confirmed diagnosis.

Step 1 — Verify the argon supply first (AHP0)

This is the most directly documented alarm and can often be checked without opening the WineStation.

• Confirm the system is connected to Ultra High Purity Argon (UHP 5.0) with the correct regulator.
• Confirm the tank valve is fully open.
• Confirm the regulator-to-main-line quick disconnect is fully seated.
• Confirm the main gas line is fully connected at the rear of the WineStation.
• Inspect the external gas hose for kinks, pinching, or obvious damage.
• Check the regulator. Napa specifies approximately 35 PSI on the low-pressure side during normal setup; 60 PSI is the maximum regulator pressure into the WineStation.
• If the normal diagnostic screen is accessible, Napa’s troubleshooting manual says WineStation gas pressure should read approximately 20–25 PSI after the system is filled.

Do not increase pressure above Napa’s published maximum in an attempt to clear the alarm.

Step 2 — Confirm normal startup and external connections

Napa notes that the system may take up to approximately five minutes to come fully back up after power is applied.

• Confirm the WineStation power cord is firmly connected to the power brick and a powered outlet.
• Confirm the WineStation power switch is on.
• If the machine was just powered on, allow the full startup period before judging whether alarms persist.
• Visually check only externally accessible cables/connections that may have been disturbed during installation. Do not open electrical/control compartments unless Napa directs a qualified technician to do so.

Step 3 — Evaluate the three temperature-sensor alarms as a group

ABT0, ACT0, and AIT0 occurring together means three different temperature inputs are unavailable to the WineStation controller.

• Do not assume that three individual sensors all failed independently. The alarm text allows either a damaged or disconnected condition.
• If all three alarms remain after normal startup, record them exactly and treat the condition as a commissioning/service issue.
• If a diagnostic/service screen is accessible through the normal interface, photograph any values for Bay Temperature, Inlet Temperature, TEC/Compressor Temperature, Gas Pressure, software/firmware version, and hardware/model configuration.
• If the separate refrigeration controller is maintaining the cabinet near its set temperature while these three alarms remain active, note that for Napa Support. It would suggest that refrigeration may be operating while the WineStation controller is not receiving the expected sensor data; that is a troubleshooting clue, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Step 4 — Escalate if the alarms persist

At this point, further diagnosis may require model-specific service information that is not publicly available.

• Do not replace temperature sensors solely because of the alarm wording.
• Do not reseat internal control-board connectors or work on refrigeration/electrical components unless instructed by Napa and performed by qualified personnel.
• Contact Napa Technology Support with the serial number and installation details if ABT0/ACT0/AIT0 remain after external checks, or if AHP0 remains despite verified gas supply and pressure.

• Model and serial number for each affected unit.
• Photo of the alarm screen showing all active codes.
• Photo of the gas regulator gauges with the tank valve open.
• Photo of the external gas-line connection at the WineStation.
• Photo of any diagnostic screen showing temperature and gas-pressure values.
• Whether the cabinet/refrigeration system is actually cooling and the observed cabinet temperature.
• Whether the alarms appeared immediately on first startup or after any specific installation step.
